We are pleased to accommodate returns and exchanges within 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must not be used more than 10% of the total quantity and must not be damaged.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed and the amount will be automatically credited to your bank account.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non‑refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Lasting varies for every perfume. It depends on application area, season, and quantity applied. The lasting of each perfume is written in the performance section on each product page.

Buying online lets you research perfumes, read how they smell, and check notes. Our liberal exchange and return policy means you can return or exchange if you don’t like a fragrance—all from the comfort of your home.

Sprays contain alcohol; roll‑ons are oil‑based fragrances (no alcohol).

Keep perfume in a cool, dark place. Sunlight can cause chemical reactions that may change the scent, sillage, and projection.
